The evolution of the soul and consciousness takes place along two evolutionary spirals – the Great and the Small spiral. They can be represented as interconnected vertical and horizontal spirals.

The GREAT or the first spiral of the evolution of consciousness is located vertically, on which our consciousness rises higher with each new twist and brings us closer to perfection.

The SMALL or the second spiral is located on each twist of the Great spiral. In order to pass through a twist of the Great spiral of the evolution of consciousness, the so-called horizontal Small spiral of the evolution of the soul must be passed, which consists of 12 stages wrapped around a twist of the Great Spiral. As a rule, a person is able to go through one phase in one lifetime.

Each phase of the Small spiral of the evolution of the soul has its own evolutionary goals and they promote the acquisition of new qualities and abilities that must be developed throughout life.
